Winter, the family lights the fireplace on Christmas Eve. After dinner, they sit around and have tea. Outside the window, the wind was cold, but at the moment, the family enjoying the tea was happy and warm.

Snow on Green Processing
Snow on green selects the early spring bud of alpine tea as the tea blooms and adds the fresh jasmine tea. After the high-temperature killing and stirring for five kilns for more than 20 days, the green tea embryo is continuously stir-fried till golden yellow under the influence of high temperature and jasmine flowers, and the soup color is golden and bright!

The taste of this tea is pleasing to the eye.

I don’t know if I am biased or what…
… today is indeed a day of great teas.

This one is from Izzy, not sure if even available for order; she wrote me back in December that the brand isn’t launched yet. Which is sad, becasue, oh my… this jasmine tea.

I took whole 4 gram pouch and prepared gong-fu.
It’s wonderful, jasmine scent and flavour is so mouthcoating, along with grassy, fresh green tea. A bit of nectar/honeyish flavour is in the background. What I really liked on this tea (as well) it is the visual of the leaf. It’s silver-green with actual small jasmine (I hope so) flowers. Check the pictures. It’s just… wonderful.

Yummy! And thank you very much Izzy, I still have the second pouch and I think I will keep that for another wonderful day needed.

So glad you liked it! This is one of my favourites too. I have a few more pouches that I am saving.

Also, the brand has launched under a company called “Chinese Tea, Sister Brand Of Teafamille.com” and you can find this tea there https://www.chinesegreentea.co/product/jasmine-green-tea/

Yes, I have came across this website, but it still seems not working properly or just not really up to date. Seeing " Need some items before your holidays? — Save Extra 25% on all products with the code “SUMMERSALE” " isn’t probably up to date.

And 35 USD for tea. I know it’s 108 g, but that’s 0,32 USD/g and that’s quite high end stuff! Who knows how much would be shipping, maybe if I made group order with others, then I would say “okay”. But I won’t order whole box for myself, though it’s truly wonderful!
