Michelle shared a bit of this fluffy, very pretty to look at tisane containing the biggest chamomile heads I think I’ve ever seen in a tea. It was representative of most of the chamomile-mint evening blends currently in circulation, but gentle and soothing and hit the spot a couple evenings ago when I was blithering tired.

Michelle

Fluffy is a good descriptor. Not very memorable, but does the trick.

This is a fairly tasty tea. It tastes like baked apples. No other way I can describe it. This is the same basic tea as the Relaxing Tea from Frontier but from Simpson and Vail. This one is all organic not sure if the Frontier one is. They taste pretty much the same.

I brewed this once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for 5 minutes.

Flavors: Apple
