Grown on an island off the coast of Zhejiang Province, this hand-crafted tea is an excellent choice as an everyday green tea. Fresh green leaves brew to a nutty and vegetal flavor with a sweet aftertaste. Cups to a green-gold liquor. Brew for 2 minutes in water temperature of 175 – 185 degrees.
