China Jasmine “Chung Hao” Special

This tea was only allowed at the Chinese Emperor’s Court. Jasmine blossoms have been picked by moonlight and blended with Pouchong tea.
Pouchong is a special lightly fermented tea, which can be defined to be between green tea and a light Oolong. The method of producing this tea is quite unusual! During the fermentation process the tea leaves were wrapped in paper and as a result, long leaf brews a very mild cup with an amber infusion.
Jasmine, blended with this tea gives also very mild, bracing and soft taste.
You will have absolute pleasure from the moment you will open the pouch and smell its sweet scent, till the last drop in your cup!!!
Drink without milk as an afternoon or evening tea.
Brewing method: brew 1 teaspoon per cup, water temperature 70C/158F. Infuse for 2-3 min
