INTOXICATING PERFUME WITH PEACE + TRANQUILITY
We adore tea. Tea is about the taste, the soothing, the ritual and most importantly, the gathering. As the English say, “It’s a picnic indoors!”
When we started developing our own Jasmine Green tea, we began by asking ourselves how would we envision reinventing a classic? Something that we would experience on one of our trips to China. So we sourced the finest ingredients directly grown in China’s Golden Triangle, between the Jiangxi / Anhui / Zhejiang provinces. The perfume alone is intoxicating, and promotes tranquility and peace.

This was a free sample that I received earlier this year. The weather is cooler in the morning, so I’ve been pulling out the kettle more. Another sign that summer days are dwindling. After my first sample from this company, I decided it would be best to use it in one go. Sample size appears to be between 1-2tsp. Brought the tea up to temp and steeped longer than I normally would for a green. The package recommended 4-6 minutes; I believe I steeped 3 min.
The jasmine scent and flavor is strong. It’s quite a floral flavored tea. The floral flavor seemed to weaken as I sipped and wasn’t so strong when I poured my second cup.
I also discovered that it is hard to focus on a mug of tea with kids educating you about space and rockets.
