Why do we call this tea nugget “young?” Because technically, we can’t call it “old” until 2018. That’s right, it can only earn the moniker “old tea nugget” after celebrating its 5th birthday. This kind tea nugget was formed during the fermenting/ripening of spring 2013 leaves and was produced by the same workshop that supplied us with our Noble Mark ripened leaves. They produce excellent teas and we are very pleased to offer their tea nugget.
