This is a relatively tasty ripe puerh. It is sweet with a fair amount of fermentation flavor. The fermentation taste is not overpowering. I only brewed this western style this morning so I didn’t get the whole range of flavors.
I brewed this twice in an 18oz teapot with 6.1g leaf and boiling water. I steeped it twice for 30 sec and put the second steeping in a thermos.
