We are pleased to bring you this new tea from Shizuoka, Japan. A unique tea produced with young stems of a tea leaf. (The tea world’s grappa!). The dry leaf is exceptional: a mixture of light and dark forest green stems mingled together. The aroma of the dry leaf is reminiscent of fresh cut hay and grass. Aromas of lemon rind, fresh cut grass, and a hint of nuttiness. The palate is clean, rich with flavor, with background of sweetness. A bold finish. A fun tea to share with others.
