I’ve seen a lot of Dessert by Deb talk on Instagram lately, so I was inspired to drink some more of the many teas that I have from her. This one was a free sample that I chose, as I wasn’t as excited about it as some of the others so didn’t want to order a 25 gram packet.

It’s tasty though. Very simple, just a very light and sweet peppermint green tea with a little pop of coconut. I’m not really tasting the matcha much, just a generic green base.

I sort of get the inspiration, it is very light and the coconut give it a sense of airiness. I do find it odd that this is one of the few teas that doesn’t have any added sugar, given meringues are so sugary…

Ou! I think you did such a great job of describing this! It does taste like an airy tea because of the peppermint with the vegetal green tea taste. :)

I had this again, and I do like it! :) This smells like peppermint, but like sweet peppermint. I am not sure how Deb did this, given the simple ingredients. The smell reminds me of Celestial Seasonings’ Candy Cane Lane tea.

The grassy notes from the matcha and green tea are barely there; however, they add an energetic, vibrant green colour to the tea. What this tastes like is an airy tea (from the peppermint) with a slightly end creamy note.

I really enjoy this one in the evenings! Sadly, I believe the store discontinued this tea, but I am excited to see what else Deb blends! :)
