In Mount Tsukuba there are two beautiful mountains called “Nantai” and “Nyotai”, Centuries ago, they were blessed by the gods due to their generosity in letting them stay a top them. As a reward, they were given an abundance of beautiful green vegetation and colors within them. As sunlight passes through these mountains from morning through the night, the vibrant green chroma constantly changes. This magical view is called “Shihou” and this Matcha’s own green hue is comparable to those seen on Mount Tsukaba.
