This raw pu-erh mini tuo is produced with Pu-erh leaves from the Fengqing area of Simao. The leaves are fermented for 45 days and then allowed to dry naturally. At the time of compression the leaves are steamed in the vapor of cooked rice and then tightly compressed locking in the scent and flavor of rice. The flavor is unique and refreshing.
