Contrary to its name, our Formosa Milk Oolong from Tung Ting Mountains in Taiwan contains no milk. Its name stems from the delicate, milky scent of the tea and the rich, buttery flavor of its leaves. The leaves develop this flavor due to a sudden weather change during harvest. This divine tea has many legends attributed to it; one includes a love story between the moon and a passing comet. The romance is reflected in the teas complexity of flavors. Passion fruit, caramel and mango dance together to create a rich, buttery mouth feel with a soft lingering fruit finish.
