Thank you again to Starfevre for sending me some of her old teas. I made up half of the pitcher pack today because it’s finally getting warmer outside and it is quite sunny. The weather is just too perfect to not make iced tea.
I brewed half the 0.5 oz pitcher pack (~7g) in 1L of cold water for ~5 minutes. I served it over ice with some agave sweetener.
Unfortunately this has lost its flavour, however there are traces of something vaguely fruity. (I’m not going to rate this one because I think the age of the tea prevents me from properly reviewing this)
Oddly enough, the base tastes very green to me and not like a black tea. Regardless, I still enjoy having a slightly sweetened fruity iced tea on a beautiful day.
EDIT: This was a Southern Boy Iced Tea brand one and was made with a green base. So I mistakenly posted this in the incorrect place.
