I recently received this tea maker as a birthday gift. It works wonderfully and I love it even more if I am having some friends over and want a make a big pot of tea or want to have a big pot of tea to sip on all day (It’ll make about 5-6 cups). This tea maker does make good tea. However, I find if I just want to make one cup of tea, a tea kettle and a strainer is easier.
How did I fall in love with tea? It all started in August 2013 when I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Prior to 2013, I would have an occasional iced tea when at a restaurant, completely blind to the many health benefits of tea. Once my health and quality of life was put on the line, I became desperate to regain my health and live life the way I always had: loving my husband and two kids, laughing with friends and trying to slow the speed of time. After much research and several treatment protocols, I discovered tea and it has become part of my daily life.
