How did I fall in love with tea? It all started in August 2013 when I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. Prior to 2013, I would have an occasional iced tea when at a restaurant, completely blind to the many health benefits of tea. Once my health and quality of life was put on the line, I became desperate to regain my health and live life the way I always had: loving my husband and two kids, laughing with friends and trying to slow the speed of time. After much research and several treatment protocols, I discovered tea and it has become part of my daily life.
