9 Tasting Notes
This is fantastic with some heavy cream or milk added. Without the milk, it just seems a bit weak. Sugar and even more salt is optional and makes some interesting variations. I almost can’t call this tea – it’s something between hot chocolate and regular tea, but it sure is delicious.

Needs to be brewed stronger – I recommend 2 tsp. per 8 oz. The flavor is too light, and it makes my mouth feel sticky. Adding sugar helps.
I previously had steeped it for 2 minutes and could hardly taste it – maybe the “sticky” bitter taste is because this was oversteeped? I’ll have to try again.
