52 Tasting Notes
I’m about 3/4 of the way into my cup, and definitely feeling a lot more relaxed – not quite ready to doze off, but it’s definitely doing its job. The taste… eh. I’m not a fan of chamomile, but there are enough other ingredients with it to make it tolerable.
Preparation
So, it tastes terrible – there’s no two ways about it. If it tasted more of licorice, I might enjoy it more. But, it HAS been kind of helpful. I just wish I didn’t have to bolt down a cup to get the benefits because I can’t stand the taste. I’m keeping my box as a last resort, but honestly? I’d rather treat my symptoms with a Snickers, Excedrin and a cup of tea I actually like.
Preparation
I seem to be one of the few who actually likes this tea. It’s got a nice light flavor, slightly minty, and definitely sweet. And it does its job well – it’s great at bedtime, and has helped me get to sleep on many a rough night.
Preparation
I was initially a bit concerned about how “synthetic” the lime and mint flavors would be in this tea, but I needn’t have worried! It tastes wonderfully like a proper mojito. All it’s missing is a little bit of rum! Today’s cup is providing a bit of escape from a difficult writing assignment – one sip and suddenly I’m back on the deck at my favorite beach-side restaurant, enjoying the sun and the breeze with a mojito and a good book!
