New Tasting Notes

I don’t know why I like this stuff but it is one of the only fresh tasting fast food teas. I won’t touch the food there but I do like the tea.

I drank this with two slices of lemon steeped in with the tea… bad idea… I figured I’d try it, but it just left me nauseous for a while after finishing the cup… oh well, there’s tons of other fun stuff I can throw in there anyways, so onward and upward.

Very light taste, not acidic or tannic. Lightly rust colored brew

Great for a relaxing tea session. Steeped this 4 times and love how every infusion is different on my tongue!

This is a shop favorite green tea. It has a nice roasted flavor, but brews light green, not brown!

Hill snuck in a last minute brew of this before closing up shop. We got it just off the boat 3 days ago, super light and sweet. Mmm..

made a pot, will enjoy four cups or so in the next few hours.

Sooo creamy and vegetal. 4 rinses in…a bit strong. _

We drank it in a Kyusu for a few quick rinses.

Steeped for 4 minutes, absolutely delicious

chilled with soymilk, sweetened with sucanat. VERY good with the sucanat!

sitting here with a pot of this tea. will drink five cups of it by the end of the afternoon. :)

Drank last night with some Bailey’s in it (Irish tea all around) and then left the pot out overnight, so drank what was left this morning. So good.

Sightly reddish color – very pretty!
