132 Tasting Notes
got some of this in the 24 days of tea and put off trying it because i was tired of rooibos. finally felt like trying something different, so this was the second cup of the day.
the rooibos flavour isn’t strong, just gives a nice light base for the delicate chai flavours. and they are delicate. the peppercorns leave juuust a little bit of tingle after the first few sips.
overall a different, refreshing decaf that i’d definitely consider buying more of
Preparation
mmmmm, just perfect for a lazy, cold winter evening. not too minty, warm vanilla black tea taste. delicious! glad i have a nice fat stockpile of this to last the rest of the cold months until it is (hopefully!) back in stores next winter!
Preparation
i woke up so early this morning for no reason. when i couldnt will myself back to sleep i decided i may as well embrace it and get up and make myself a proper breakfast.
eggs! bacon! toast! and a perfect big bold cup of black tea to balance everything out.
i can already tell i’m going to get a lot done today. thanks, david!
Preparation
yummmmmmm! this is a delicious chocolatey tea! the cinnamon isn’t timid and it really compliments the chocolate very nicely. i forgot to look for the green tea taste while drinking, i was so enveloped by the warm chocolate cinnamon dessert-ness!
lovely!
Preparation
ammmmmazing! smells like a fruit roll-up!
the taste is sweet and light with juuust a little hit of that tart hibiscus in the background, just enough to create a tangy fruit flavour.
i want to make little bags of potpourri with this dry tea and leave them all over my house it smells so good!
Preparation
oh yes! a cherry tea without hibiscus! too bad it is limited online, but i got a good 50g before it sold out.
so tasty, very light and fresh. mildly floral with a true cherry taste and that coconut sweetness as an undertone.
very nice! will definitely try a re-steep to make this bag last longer! :)
