Sipdown! I have been slacking so much on writing tea reviews. I drank this tin all the way without having a review. tsk tsk. The steep is a honey golden brown color. First, I love the packaging. It has a lot of detail and the color is orange, which I love! I always reuse tins and wrap them in colorful paper. Second, this tea is milder than any breakfast tea that I have had. This is more of an afternoon tea. It is good and bad. Good because I can drink this in the afternoon as well. Also good because I do not need to add any sweetener or milk to it. It is fine just on its own. Bad because I need to drink something to wake me up in the morning, especially since I am no longer a coffee drinker. The flavors are mild as well. All in all a decent tea. It has astringency to it but still drinkable like I said without the additives.
This is the last of the samples that I had gotten. This is so delicious that I had to add it to my wishlist. This tea is a great treat. I love the sticky honey that gives this tea a slight sweetness to it. This tea isn’t bitter at all. Overall great tea – different too!
I was saving the very last bit of this tea for a special occasion. I was so sick that I had to take a sick day today. I needed to hydrate myself. I chose this tea. This is so incredibly delicious. It soothed my throat and eased my fever. I steeped this twice, and the second time was just as equally good. Needless to say, I will be purchasing this tea again… and again… This was the second time I had this tea.
This is my sister’s tea, but she told me to make the tea for all of us. So I have been making this iced for everyone! This is delicious, light, and slightly peachy and fruity. It has a natural sweetness to it (I think it is natural?). Very good summer iced tea. I am trying to make as many iced teas before the weather turns colder.
