The internet says that oolongs improve with resteeping. So this begins today’s great resteeping experiment. I bet I’ll be shaking from the caffeine by 4pm.
Steep 1: Light & floral. Still mostly tastes like water.

Beautiful pink petals mixed with dark leaves. Smells lovely dried and steeped, but you have to be close to catch the scent. Like a bouquet of roses in your cup. The taste is light.

Smells like gummy bears. A really interesting tea. I’m looking forward to trying this with sugar or iced.

So light! Even after a 10 minutes steep. I can barely taste some floral and fruitiness.

Fabulous as always. My three favorite herbal flavors in one tea. I used this to try out my new steeping mug from TeaSpot which is perfect for work.

Feeling quite hungry this morning, I wanted a substantial drink. I sweetened this with some turbinado sugar and poured it over ice and soymilk.

Long, boring day. Perfect time for Earl Greyer! And since this is the last of my sample tin I’m pulling off the labels and using it as a travel tin.

Disappointingly boring. The leaves have a soothing fragrance, so I was looking forward to a nice cup. However it simply tastes like a bland black tea.

Possibly the only commercial iced tea I’ve ever enjoyed. So cool and refreshing on a hot Texas day. I do wish it wasn’t spearmint, but the honey makes up for it.
