I’ve gotten to the point where I realize I have to up my rating on this tea. While it hasn’t reached “tea-stash-must-have” status yet, as I was measuring this out for a pot I had a mini-panic as I’m getting low on this one. The thing that reels me in is the back of the sip, and the aftertaste. This herbal has a lingering sweetness that just pulls me in. Yes there’s some heat to it, but normally not too much. I do manage to get a second steeping out of this as well (I normally only brew 2 cups at a time so I actually remember to re-steep) For me, it also has a lovely welcoming aroma.
I definitely need to experiment blending with this one, as well as brewing it up different ways. (latte anyone?)
