It wasn’t a real milky oolong from Taiwan. It had a very very strong sweet condensed milk aroma. That by itself reveals how artificial this tea is. The real milk oolong from Taiwan has natural flavor compounds that gives the tea a milkiness. After the first steep the strong condensed milk flavor is gone and what is left is a very bad aftertaste that I can’t describe.
