I really enjoyed this tonight. I still think it’s very light for a chai, but I felt like drinking something light after a heavy meal.

The lapacho mixed with the sweetness of cinnamon and vanilla is really nice. I have enough for a few more cups before I have to decide if I’m going to replenish it. Actually, I think I have most of the ingredients. Maybe I’ll try to recreate it myself.
