I must dislike artichokes. It reminds me of them, very much so and I’ve never really had an opinion on them. My palate is somewhat neutral on that front.
So… I want to like this tea, I really do. I can tell that it’s super high quality, and it is so very smooth! And buttery! Goes down like silk. But I just don’t like it.
Well it’s more of a love hate thing actually. Like a train wreck you can’t look away from so you keep going back for more… keep going back to this trying to figure out what it is about this tea that mystifies me so!
Perhaps it’s how artichoke translates to tea that I don’t like. That almost makes sense to me. Almost.
This is my second time brewing this. The first, I went a bit longer, maybe two-three min. This time I steeped for about a minute. Perhaps brewing temp would make a difference?

it’s ok…we all have those preferences. like somepeople don’t like black tea which I don’t understand…but that’s what makes us interesting people and not robots,
that is true Bonnie, not everyone can get behind all teas! :)
