Not much of a second steeper. Still smells great, but after 10-12 minutes the first time around, we’ve squoze about all the juice we can get out of those Granny Smiths.

This doesn’t surprise me. Of course, if I didn’t always eat the remains of this tea after the first steep, I might have found out for myself. You get the prize for self discipline :o)
