This place is awesome. Friendly staff, and some really great, even rare teas to enjoy. They pour gong-fu style, with a gaiwan and the place has a really hip vibe. Definitely some quality oolongs and greens. My favorites: jin fo gold buddah (medium to heavy roast wuyi oolong), yunnan gold silk (creamy, all-bud black tea), grand shou 1997 pu’erh (loose leaf). Definitely worth checking out.
Really awesome place. Full disclosure: I’m an employee but we have awesome tea. Herbals and scented are the most popular but we have some good, authentic, rare Chinese teas too. Great atmosphere, snacks are great, and we have a tea for everyone’s taste.
If you like gong-fu cha, this place is a must. They pour real gong-fu with mostly pu’erhs and oolongs. As of Summer 2010 it’s under new ownership. They also have tea trays and yixing. It’s rare to find a shop dedicated to gong-fu
