The first tea I would make would be Adagio’s signature blend from Veronica Belmont, Veronica’s Berry Tea. So delicious!

If I won, I’d make some Alishan Spring ‘09 from Shan Shui Teas to celebrate. Then after, I’d use it for everything besides Alishan.

I would brew Iron Goddess of Mercy (Monkey Picked) Oolong from Halcyon Tea in San Diego!

I would brew a pot of Jasmine Dragon Pearls mixed with Rooibos Peach Bloom Tea from Teavana! It would be so beautiful and yummy!

I would brew Samovar’s Four Seasons Oolong. So tasty!

I would use the UTILITea kettle to finally get the right temperature to steep different teas!

I’d try an oolong because they’re the most interesting to me right now.
