Great tea with several flavours that come through differently when you try iced vs hot. Leaves look great as well. Recommended!

tfw you have to add a new tea that you clearly forgot to add when you first tried the sample months ago
and you remember really enjoying it months ago
(except you can’t remember how you brewed it then)
and this time when you use the last of your sample in a cold brew you probably brewed it too long or it just didn’t really suit cold brewing because it’s not super awesome
but you’re all out of sample so you can’t keep playing with it

Oh gosh, it’s beautiful as a cold brew, too.

This time I was reminded of my recent overbrewed mistake with white tea and so these leaves only got soaked for 4-5 hours. The drink came out beautifully blushed pink and cloudy, with a strong scent of berries, the taste echoing the scent and adding coconut and chocolate.

This is so, so good.

(Considering the raspberry and coconut laden through this, I clearly have a Type. Looking at you, Fantasy Island.)

Yes, this is a tea I’m losing my vocabulary over.

I compared my sample of this with Rabbit Hole’s Turkish Delight tonight and this one came out on top SO HARD. It’s light and delicious and so good and it doesn’t need anything else at all. This one, this one I’m gonna restock.

Let’s get these samples down! Tonight I compared this one and Rabbit Hole’s White Delight. Both lovely, my favourite way to serve them is at crazy opposite ends of the scale. This one definitely tastes best for me with sugar and cream. A crazy good dessert tea. It’s a bit too bitter for me on its own. Even with just cream it’s good, but sugar too takes it to another level.

I cold brewed my sample of this overnight. All the reviews screamed TART, and I mean of course, hibiscus! So I threw in some Turkish cherry tisane at the last minute and it’s screamingly good. Roll on summer.

Aaaaand I couldn’t help but finish off the last of this tonight. About half a tsp sugar added to this made it ridiculously sweet; I wish I’d tried it before adding the sugar! But this was definitely a nice brew and I’m glad I got the sample, even gladder I read the ingredients the other day and realised I wanted to drink this ASAP.

Forgot that I already tried cold brewing this sample and promptly cold brewed it again. Luckily I have a scoop left to try hot!

This time I overbrewed and the ginger is a bit too prevalent (I’ve discovered there’s ginger in here. Hahaha). It’s still very nice but just remember this is one you shouldn’t overbrew! Maybe 12hrs max for cold brewing.

I’ve passed over this sample so many times because it just doesn’t LOOK like a blend I want to drink, but I’m an idiot because all the ingredients are like yeah, yeah, YEAH! I went on an iced tea bender yesterday afternoon and packed some of this in my beautiful glass tea bottle to cold brew overnight for work today. I’m so glad I did because today is stinking hot too, and this iced blend is HEAVEN. Pine, lime, coconut and a dash of black? Yes, thank you. I want to try this one with some fizz in it, and maybe a splash of booze. This is a winner!

The brewing smell of this is DIVINE! Jaffa joy. Topped up with a bit of milk and this is a creamy dream, really enjoyable and great on cold nights with a timtam.

Dang. I gave myself enough time to forget what this tasted like, steeped as recommended and… yep. Nope. Just no. I don’t get the vanilla at all, and maybe the lavender is too herbal rather than floral? I’m not into it. The rest of the sample in the bin and my frowny face. Sad!

Welp, I gotta give this a second go because the first was way unpleasant.

So a couple of weeks ago at work I ended up on a computer with a huge screen right as Rabbit Hole emailed about a brand new tea and I just couldn’t resist so I bought a bunch of samples, FINALLY! And then just after they arrived I caught a cold… so I was pretty stoked to have ordered this guy. I think “cold/flu” teas are more of a placebo than anything, but I still love them, and this one was no exception to that love.

Mild and smooth flavors with a light finish.

Backlog:

This is an absolutely dreamy blend of lavender and Oolong. Sweet, floral, creamy and just … really BEAUTIFUL.

If you’re a fan of lavender, you probably are aware that lavender is easy to overdo or under-do … but Rabbit Hole got it just right with this blend. This is lavender perfection, balanced so delightfully well with the vanilla and Oolong notes. It’s really quite heavenly.

this is really an amazing tea , its such a light earthy tea and its tastes amazing with a little honey

Backlog:

This is one of the better Tropical teas I’ve tasted, and I’ve had quite a few. I really like the Oolong base with this one! Very interesting … very unique!

The pineapple is a sweet, juicy taste and melds beautifully with the Oolong base, the orange really brightens the cup, and the coconut marries nicely with the creamy notes of the Oolong. I really like this!
