I decided to try another flavored tea to see how I liked it. The last flavored tea that I tried was the Jasmine green tea, and I was not a big fan of the floral taste. I decided to go with a fruit flavored tea this time from Teavana. After trying it, I think I have realized that I am just not someone who enjoys flavored teas like this. I think I prefer teas that are a bit more bland in flavor. I am very sensitive to smells, and although it smelled fruity, it started to give me a slight headache. The taste was just a bit too fruity for me. For someone who likes fruity teas, I feel like this would be very pleasant. I did decide to relocate my normal tea-drinking spot to the outdoors this time, and I actually really enjoyed this. There is something about being in nature with a cup of tea in your hands that is very peaceful. The weather outside was very nice, and I think I will drink my tea outside more often now.
Flavors: Fruity, Strawberry
Preparation
I absolutely love this tea. It has just the right amount of jasmine to where it is not overwhelming but you can still taste it. There is also a good after taste which I love because I hate when I love a tea but the aftertaste puts me off. It’s my favorite tea to drink on rainy days or chill days to just relax and enjoy my time and my tea.
Flavors: Jasmine
Preparation
I don’t normally drink jasmine teas by themselves, since I love mixing jasmine teas with others. I added 1tsp of rock sugar and it was almost too sweet, but still very nice. The jasmine oolong is always very calming so I like to drink it after work or before going to sleep.
Flavors: Jasmine
Preparation
My aunt sent me this for a Christmas gift. I fell in love as soon as I took it out of the box. Pictures don’t do the design justice. There’s the cup, saucer, lid, and infuser, all except the infused with the design that really stands out in person. Unfortunately on one side of the cup the design is absent, but this isn’t a huge deal. It’s a treat to hold with the style, and love the lid. This is the first infuser mug I’ve had that wasn’t a metal form of strainer, and I love that too. It does get some leaves and twigs in the cup, but this doesn’t bother me personally – I’m finding it a relief how easy it is to clean.
I really enjoyed this blend, I like the Strawberry Rose champagne by itself, but wasn’t sure how it was tasted with the Dragonfruit devotion. I was very impressed with the turn-out to say the least, it’s a very western-style fruity tea, so I only suggest the blend if you are into that! Very delicious!
Side-note: This blend is resteepable
Preparation
I was thinking of purchasing these two today when visited teavana! I ended up with the orange chocolate sweet spice instead though. Maybe I’ll try this out soon.
I have been drinking this all day…. I had it first steep with just a bit of rock sugar and then the second steep I added Eversummer punch to the mix which is from Teavanna as well. I love the smell of jasmine and the taste was a great mix when I added the fruityness. The second steep was just as good as the first! It did leave a bit of a dryness to my mouth afterwards.
