Kroger Private Selection

This is the best tea ever! When will it be available again? I recommended it to all my friends and now none of us can get any. I wanted to give it with holiday gifts this year.

Absolutely my favorite tea of any color. First try it was OK. After 3 or 4 I was hooked. It’s a comfort food for me now. Three local Krogers appeared out of it and I was frantic – it looked like it might have been discontinued! NOOOOO!!! This is my main green tea, which I firmly believed has been instrumental in my losing about 40 lbs in 6 months (15 more than I wanted to, actually).

Good, reliable tea. Very light and delicate floral/earthy flavor. Good without sugar or milk

Only one word for this tea: heavenly!

Beautiful, full flavor cinnamon and the taste of hibiscus and orange peels give it a nice sweetness, without the need for sugar or honey.

I was planning only keeping this one at work, but I believe I’ll be taking it home as well!

Earl Grey might be my favorite tea, but this brand is disappointing. It’s bitter, and I’ve never gotten bitterness from any other brand of Earl Grey. I keep it as a back up for when I don’t have any other Earl Grey around.

Great fruity flavors!

This tea reminds me a lot of one from when I lived in Hawaii. Even though this is a bagged tea, the leaves are actually pretty good quality Ceylon and the flavor is refreshing. This one is good iced or hot, with or without sweetener, with or without creamer. The papaya and passion fruit flavors are sweet enough to drink straight, which is what I personally prefer. The closest comparison that I’ve had would be to the Rainbow Hawaii from my childhood, sold The Pacific Place’s Tea garden. That one is sold in loose leaf and only slightly better because it has more tropical fruit flavors that are better balanced.

This is hand’s down one of my favorites. The sweet cinnamon is fantastic. I love that it is caffeine free.

Still the best tea I have ever found a grocery store before they brought Harney and Son’s to Target. A naturally sweet tea combined with just the right amount of cinnamon and almost impossible to over-steep, burn, or mess up in anyway. It’s my go to first tea to help get someone into drinking tea and bring them over to the dark side.

The smell of this tea is enough to drive me crazy. I’m not a big green tea person, but how light and fruity this tea was really made me happy. It’s very mellow, so not an every day kind of drink for me, but over all I liked it a lot. Definitely will be drinking more.
