I lost my tin of steamed mulberry leaf from Silk Road, so I purchused this when I went to a cool grocery store in Hawaii to buy Butler’s soy curls. Anyway, I wouldn’t normally buy mulberry leaf tea in teabags, however I really like mulberry tea and I’m desperate.
I steeped 1 teabag in 500 mL hot water, let it steeped more than 5 minutes, probably more like 8 minutes. It is really good strong. I love the delicate green flavour, buttery, umami, reminiscent of toasted oolongs or steamed green tea.
