First sip: malt. Second? Chocolate?
I’m getting honey too, but I think I taste honey in a lot of teas. :P
I love how each sip starts off strong, but mellows out near the end. This is really tasty, and dark and earthy too, but not like a puerh either. It’s hard to say which I like more – this or the Laoshan Black.
I got a sample of this with my last order with my new gaiwan. Lol.
Just curious, did you make this Western or Gongfu style?
