630 tasting notes

I had eggnog for the first time this year. This was pretty good, very reminiscent of what I had. Mine I think had more of a cinnamon taste, and adding a dash of milk made the cinnamon in this disappear. I was hoping for something a bit stronger in eggnog flavor, less black tea taste.

Now a certified teacher, beginning my first year in third grade this fall. I have been involved in the tea world about 5 years now. In that time, I have learned so much, and am hoping to learn even more by joining the steepster community.
