14 Tasting Notes
I was very curious about this one. It smells like caramel popcorn!
I put a little bit more that 2 t.s. because I wanted to taste it well.
Guess what? It tastes like caramel popcorn too! It’s toasty, nice and just enough sweet. I like that the caramel note is present but not overpowering.
I’ll definately buy more of that!!!
Preparation
It’s rich, it’s fresh and very nice!
I liked it last year so I picked up some this year and I still like it a lot.
It’s the perfect fireside companion (I don’t have a fireplace, but to hell with that, I have a the Fireplace channel on my TV!)
Ho Ho Ho!
Preparation
Oh how I love this one!
I love white tea to begin with and I love coconut. But to this day, I had not found any tea that had that creamy, soft, sugary aroma of coconut. This is it.
It has notes of vanilla to compliment the softness of the blend of white Bai Mu Dan tea and delicious coconut bits.
Really, really love this one!
Preparation
I really enjoyed Mint Julep.
It has a nice light aroma of spearmint, not too overpowering, something like mint candies. I didn’t taste a lot of the citrusy/pineapple notes, but they support the spearmint aroma very nicely. Be aware not to steep for too long as the mix of black tea and rooibos can take over this really great recipe.
Can’t wait to try this one on plenty of ice and fresh leaves of mint.
