If this tea doesn’t wake you up in the morning then you need to check your pulse. It’s thick and heavy with lots of malt-like notes along with leather, fruit, spice, and tobacco. It keeps from being too dark and overwhelming by the lighter/sweeter notes being well balanced against the deeper flavors. The result is an outstanding tea that’s just perfect for these colder shorter days.
When I bought this I was concerned about getting (yet another) 4.4oz of tea, but now I’m so glad I did. This is exactly what I want in my cup at this time of year.
