Oooh, I quite like this! I had it straight up with just a little sweetener. I think it’s probably kind of a weak chai to add milk to, but I’m willing to try it. I get a nicely balanced chai, with a coconut sweetness and a pepper zing – just enough to give it a little tingle, it’s not spicy per se. The sweet and spicy balance well, and I really am enjoying this. I don’t generally choose rooibos, so this is a nice surprise. I can enjoy this in the evening when I’m craving spice but not caffeine!
