86 Tasting Notes
This tea is heavy on the clove. Although it includes pumpkin flakes, their flavor is hampered by the tea bag. I plan to clip it and use the infuser next time.
Just ran by my favorite shop and picked up another batch of Chocolate Mint this morning. I was trying to ration it out ‘til Christmas but … that is a week away. When I find a tea that I really enjoy the others just don’t curb the craving. All the other chocolate teas that I’ve tried have a hint of artificial flavoring that ruins it for me. I’m also particular about the chocolate/mint ratio. With this brand it is just a hint of mint.
I just read another article about the health benefits of cinnamon so I reached for the good old Bigelow Cinnamon Stick. While the potency of the cinnamon on my spice rack can vary, I like how the strength of the cinnamon flavor is always consistent in this brand.
Pulled this out to explore a new project. I am thinking that it might help to put it in a special container. Found some neat labels at: http://www.eatdrinkchic.com/post.cfm/diy-vintage-tea-cannister-labels-free-download
