46 Tasting Notes
This tea is okay. Considering I don’t like green rooibos, it’s not bad. It is a green-brown colour, and will leave an orange ring around the top of your mug from the orange sprinkles (washes out). The smell after brewing is sweet and fruity. The taste is not so fruity to me, but more just the green rooibos with a hint of sweetness from the candy. It’s limited edition for Summer 2010, so it’s worth a try but you have to order soon before it’s all gone.
Preparation
This tea brings out a lot of coconut. The green rooibos flavour is there as well. I have found that I am not fond of green rooibos so I’m not fond of this tea either. But if you’re into these flavours, you may enjoy it. And pineapple? didn’t taste it at all.
Preparation
Just what I’m looking for: apple and cinnamon combined evenly. A lot of apple cinnamon teas forget the apple and end up tasting more like the cinnamon, but this is a good one. If you know of any others that are more apple tasting, let me know.
Preparation
A light black tea with a smooth flower taste. Reminds me of “maui wowi” from Teaopia (which I believe is discontinued, so this would be a good replacement for those of you who miss that one). It’s tropical smelling and tasting and the black tea is a nice background flavor, the other flavors (jasmine, rose) are what you taste more. The aftertaste is more of the black tea.
