My first jasmine tea. I think i burned it a little, but the tea is slightly sweet, and delicately floral. I gulped this tea down!

This tea is actually already in the database here: http://steepster.com/teas/tea-valley/12634-jasmine-tea
Do you mind copying and pasting your tasting note there, and deleting this one, to avoid duplication?

Because this is the thrid cold i’ve had in that many weeks I decided that I needed a destressing tea. So i picked this up to try. It smells spicy and very applely, almost like my apple and spice tea. However it tates rather bland. There is no apple taste in the tea at all. It tastes kinda like boiled leaves.

So after a week of being sick, I can FINALLY taste and smell again!!! In celebration I decided to go for something really fruity. Color is a really pretty Dark berry color. Taste is very berry, but not really raspberry like the description says. Not bad though, but tates as though there is blueberry and strawberry as well. Tates a bit floral as well. Overall not a bad tea.

Sick again…….. but perfect cup of tea with some honey for my sore throat. Really pretty red color. Very fruity, added some honey for my throat and I think it makes the tea smoother. I got the second steep and it was still pretty strong.

Hope you get well soon and that the tea calms your sore throat.

Soo I may be a little biast considering this is my first oolong tea. Very tasty! Has a smooth slightly floral taste at first and slightly sharp aftertaste. I really enjoyed this tea and ended up infusing the leaves 4 times to drink more.

Looks like you hadn’t seen Tea Valley was already in the system!

Here are all their teas, which were added last May I think by the company itself.
Sorry if I’m being a pest!

Elyse

sorry, i didn’t see them for some reason when i looked. I’ll put my tastings on the other page once midterms are over this week.

No worries!

Dumb Question. How do I delete a TEA?

Shinobi_cha

Actually, you can’t ( you could ask the admins) BUT, to save them time, just remove the picture, the information, uncheck all teh boxes, rename the tea to “Delete1” rename the company to “Delete” and then no one will ever see it again. :)

Dragging my butt this morning getting up so i picked up some tea at the University Cafe. Smells really gingery, and peachy at first, but the black tea kinda takes up all of your taste buds. I think i just don’t like black tea.

With this one I found the ginger and peach come out and play more when it’s cooled/iced. We have this at work and I’ll often make it that way. Otherwise it’s more of a potporri.

Elyse

Ya i thought that. However i really needed a hot drink this morning.

Hello,
I’m a college graduate, who got into tea during late night studies (late nights without liking coffee otherwise sucks). I’m currently taking a year off in Montana as an Americorps, and hoping to go to medical school (lots more late tea nights for me).
Any tips or suggestions to try are greatly appreciated.
