1113 Tasting Notes
Today was great until 2pm when I got a headache. It is now 10:14pm and I still have it.
Miserable.
Pulled this out for 14 steeps while cooking:

Headache… this was great, very powerful taste for a sheng with beautiful leaf. Some dark green with red/brown tint. Overall one of the better shengs I have had.

This tea takes me places.
There is no bitterness in this sheng at all which is amazing for something so new. The wild taste is in there too, just tasting it feels like I am near where it was picked out in the middle of nowhere. Very inviting taste as it seems to speak to the drinker ; I will admit, I found it weird for the last few months reading Global Tea Hut talk about that connection with tea and the drinker, but I finally get it with this tea. I just wish the others communicated like this one does.
I recently made Wild Blackberry White Pu’erh for Liquid Proust Teas, but I’m not going to sell it for a bit because I have something special planned for it. While drinking that I pulled this out to compare flavored pu’erhs. I will say this, the smell of this is wonderful. The taste is a bit ‘eh’, yet I do enjoy this tea. I will for sure finish mine off :)
I would like to try more flavored pu’erh, especially if the leaf is nice and loose like this blend was.
I review a lot of tea because I drink A LOT of tea… but, I drink much more than I review. I was going to sit down one day and do a backlog… but that seemed like a hassle after I looked at my list :/

New experience…
This was fantastic, but I’ve never had a pu’erh do what this did: I am 100% sure that this liquid was thinner than all other pu’erh that I have ever drank. It was really interesting to sip as this and realize how quickly it went down and how it felt in my mouth. Very light shou with a shou taste.
Quite a wonderful experience. I wish I had more of this to see if I could make it thicker (though I like what I got).
Sorry abt headache. i usually take Advil at first signs. If i dont nothing good happens ;( The meal looks yum
I try to not use medicine… I’m stubborn :/
The food is good :)
I wish I could teleport it to you all along with some tea
