Someone on Reddit sent me some roasted oolong for green oolong and the first I am drinking is this Formosa Nantou Dong Ding from Edmon’s via TeaGschwender
This tast 98% like Bigalow’s light blue box called ‘oolong’ which was the first tea that got me really into drinking tea. While it’s odd to have a loose leaf taste like a tea bag, I suppose that’s not so odd really considering it’s the same type of material just processed and chopped. I do enjoy this though as it’s nice dark, deep, and complex to the taste.
