A timely and tasty afternoon tea. People have been bringing in so much candy at work. It’s the season for fattening up! I needed something light and clean to wash away the sugary coating in my mouth. This tea is perfect for the job. The peach is so refreshing and the natural tannins in green tea are great for that clean feeling. The jasmine is light. Juicy peach is the predominant flavor here, but I’m not complaining. Tasty tea. Good quality leaves. I oversteeped like whoa, but the resulting brew is barely astringent. I love teas that can stand up to my neglect. :)
There’s also that typical savory flavor I get from most Chinese greens. It’s odd next to the sweet peach but an enjoyable contrast.
In other news, I’m beside myself with excitement for BBC’s 3rd season of Sherlock. January can’t come soon enough. I haven’t fangirled so hard since I was a teen.

My kids just ate at Speedy’s last week! They were geeking out and taking pictures of each other out front and you can see the door they use as 221B.
I wonder if the residents find it annoying. Haha. I can only imagine what it must be like to live there when they’re filming.
Sherloooooock. I’ve been reading fic nonstop since I finished S2. I’m completely ready for S3, and not at all worried I’ll be disappointed bc if the story goes off in a direction I don’t like, I still have the fic. :P
I’ve been reading lots of fics too! I’m almost afraid I won’t recognize the original characters anymore after seeing so many writers’ interpretations. I’ll just have to re-watch all the episodes. :D
I can’t wait for Sherlock, either. I’m saving my Adagio fandom sampler to drink along with it :)
