It’s a tea ball. It does what it’s supposed to do. Small bits escape through it so it’s not ideal for small leaved teas. I use it when I’m too lazy to use my steeper (because I don’t want to clean it out) and when I don’t want to use a teabag (because I don’t want to run out of them). I only use it at home though.

I love this tea. It goes well with breakfast but it’s also great as a stand-alone. It smells perfumed and it goes down smooth. It has the right balance of malt, leaf, wood, and honey flavors. This is a staple in my cupboard.

I bought some of this looking for a breakfast tea to keep at my desk at work. Meh, was not impressed. It has a lackluster flavor and tastes as if it’s been sitting on your shelf for too long. This was a dud.

I don’t like green tea except when it’s mixed with mint. Then I enjoy it. I like this one except I wish it were more minty. I’d say the balance of green tea to mint is about even so it’s enjoyable. Works with food or as a stand-alone.

This is my go-to tea when I need a chocolate hit. The mint is not very pronounced; in fact it gets lost in the chocolate and the rooibos. But the chocolate comes through and the rooibos supports it well. It’s a great dessert tea.

I’m not a green tea fan. I tried this because I wanted to give green tea another chance. I suppose it makes a good cup of green tea but it’s much too grassy for my taste. Won’t be spending my money on this again.

This is my first Russian Caravan tea. It has a good tea base with a layer of smoke on it, but not so much smoke that it overpowers. I like it, but not enough for everyday drinking. I much prefer it to lapsang souchong and I can drink this as a stand-alone tea.

I love these tea filters! They’re so convenient and the drawstring ensures that your tea stays in the bag. Great for all kinds of tea, but best for those whose leaves are small enough to not need much expansion. I use these at work because our break room doesn’t have a sink and you must use the bathroom sink if you want to clean a tea ball or timolino mug (or any dish). They are pricey but I will shell out the cash for them because they’ve become indispensable to me.

This is the first spearmint tea I’ve ever had. I’m a devoted peppermint tea drinker. It’s much more subtle than peppermint. It’s good for when you want a palate cleanser but not something overwhelming.
