Backlog:
Pleasant. The Ceylon in this blend is rich and even a little malty. Smooth with notes of sweetness. It melds nicely with the floral notes of the Peony. I don’t know that the floral notes that I’m tasting I’d immediately identify as “Peony” but then … I can’t recall ever drinking a tea with the essence of the peony flower.
It’s a sweet, gentle floral note. Overall, a pleasant, mellow cuppa.
