Backlog:
One of the nicer lime green teas that I’ve tried. The lime is a gentle flavor, it’s not too tart and it’s not in my face. It doesn’t sour. It reminds me a bit of a lime curd, like the filling you might find when you have a lime cupcake from a gourmet cupcake shop. (I’m a sucker for gourmet cupcakes.)
The lime is bright and refreshing while the green tea is light and sweet, with a touch of vegetative taste.
