Backlog:
I have tried several of the variations of Earl Grey from Tea for All Reasons, and I liked those that I’ve tried. The bergamot is softer in this variety, and I like the addition of lemon, which adds a hint of sweetness to the tart bergamot. Like lemon curd plus bergamot! (Mmm … that sounds good. An earl grey infused lemon curd.)
