This tea simultaneously lifts me up and relaxes me. I was just listening to David from Verdant Tea’s podcast where he talked about the relaxing benefits of tea and it was like a light turned on. No wonder I started drinking tea so long ago — it relaxes me. Of course.
This tea is absolutely no exception. I know I’ve written about it before but it deserves to be raved about. It is impossible to oversteep this lovely tea. I have been drinking cup after cup, with the leaves just floating around there willy-nilly, and have been having a euphoric tea experience.
I didn’t have the best morning and this tea turned it around! Comforting and elegant at the same time. It’s surprisingly energizing, too. I can’t recommend this enough.
