48 Tasting Notes
I did a lot of cleaning today and was pretty exausted and dehydrated so this tea was perfect. (Also because I always forget to remove the strainer when I’m cleaning and this tea is really good even if I forget and let it steep for 5-10 or 30 minutes)
It’s my favorite ‘’refreshing tea’’.
It is super good, it is like drinking juice but without tasting really fake and sweet.
The green rooibos is really perfect and make me feel like i’m having a treat without feeling guilty because I know it is good for me ;).
The only thing is that it is not as good the second steep, the flavor is really weak.
It’s one of the tea I always have in my cupboard!
Preparation
This tea was in my shopping list since a long time and I finally bought it today!
It’s amazing! It’s now my second cup of this tea for tonight (I steeped it twice and it was still really good!). The flavor is perfect, buttery, rum-y(?) and strong. I don’t like black flavored tea when there’s just a hint of the said flavor. This one really hit the spot!!!
I added a dash of white rum ( I would have prefer brown but I don’t have any right now), some cane sugar and half a teaspoon of coffe mate ( I know strange… but delicious!) and it taste SO good.
The color really remind me of brown rum, a rich gold/amber color!
And I did it in my new perfect mug from DT (the clear one with the stainless stell strainer) I love clear mug when I drink my tea and the strainer is really good too!!
Preparation
I went to DT today and bought so much stuff they gave me the tea of the day for free . Yay!
I was sure I wouldn’t like it because I usually don’t like banana (especially the articial banana flavor) but to my surprise it was really good.
It tasted like banana but not as much as I thought it would and it was not too sweet just .. the perfect kind of sweetness ;).
There was also a really good nutty after taste and a hint of coconut.
I’m now thinking about maybe getting some to try at home. What a surprise… Me and a banana flavored tea!
The only thing is that is was a little bit weak but maybe it’s the way the steep it in store.. I know it often happen with the tea of the day… :S
This is actually very good, I wasn’t sure at first but Yesterday night I added a little bit of cane sugar and it was really good.
It is a little tart without the sugar but with it it bring all the flavors without being too sweet. I really like the peppermint aftertaste.
Preparation
I’m really sad because I wanted to like this tea..
But today was my third time drinking this tea and probably the last. I wasn’t able to finish it… All the flavors taste really odd to me and I can’t stand the smell either… I don’t know I think it smell like something ..Moldy…:S. And strangely it’s giving me a headache.
Before trying the sample I got with an order from DT I was thinking about buying this tea.. I’m really happy to had try it first because now I know I will not buy it.
