Still experimenting with brew times/temp on this one. As other reviews have said it’s finnicky, too long/hot of a steep and it turns bitter. I will need time with the coins to get more data on brewing parameters.

It has been a while! Forgot about these bags but brewed one up for a morning pick me up. A little sweet but totally bearable. Good change of pace.

Straightforward and relatively mild black tea, tasty and inexpensive. Makes a good daily brew.

Can be a bit sharp if overbrewed or overleafed, probably due to the smaller leaf sizes. Still, nothing like a bad or bitter flavor just strong. I’m burning through this 100g size pretty quickly! It’s cool that I bought Vietnamese tea in Germany and I’m drinking it in The US. :)
